X-generatsioon - Douglas Coupland

Douglas Coupland is Canada's most famous contemporary novelist. D.C. was the first to define Generation X, a generation that has lost its ideals and future perspective, and whose birth dates are defined by demographers as 1960-1980.
"Generation X" is the author's breakthrough work and is about three friends living in the California desert. The novel consists of stories they tell about their lives. Despite the lack of dramatic events, the world that tries to drown out the congestion of history with modern fairy tales is gentle and lovable. The author has said of his work that it "explores the depths of superficiality."
