Kalle Marve finds himself in the middle of a bitter family dispute. Everything that seemed to be cast in steel falls apart overnight. Trying to create a new life, he travels to Tallinn. Despite the initial unpleasantness, everything seems to be going well. But then Kalle semi-accidentally gets into a criminal group and events spiral out of control.

Taavi Kangur (b. 1974) has previously written mainly short stories and novellas, some of which have been published in the quarterly magazine Algernon. After winning both second and third place in a short story competition, he decided that the time was ripe to write a book.
