Linna valitsemine - Aarne Biin

In "City governance" Aarne Biini's talent opens up from a new side: the writer investigates

in depth, what really happens in the dark behind the scenes of democracy. We

we will see how it turns out to be possible that instead of the people's representative who won the election

a skilful schemer pushes for power or is even pushed to power.

Prize-winning work at the 2007 novel competition.
