Why should you go to Italy at all, when Italy has already found its own way to Marijamaa?

You can find everything that has taken me to the boot country time and again over the past few decades between the covers of the book. The hundreds of stories told are spiced up by the author's reflections, in which Italian culture intertwines with the Estonian way of thinking.

"Understand, understand, what it is: sycophantic on the inside, golden-haired on the outside? My experience says that this is what Italy looks like. You can always admire only the golden crust of the boot country. I myself wanted to penetrate a little deeper, but somehow I could also feel the bitter side. But, I still go back", confirms the author.
