Leiutajad ja laiutajad - Daniel Diehl, Mark P. Donnely

Everyone knows that Thomas Edison invented the electric light bulb. It's one of those facts you learn early on, along with the fact that bees make honey and the Earth is round.

But what if they didn't? And what if Alexander Graham Bell hadn't invented the telephone or James Watt the steam engine? History has been cruel to many great inventors, refusing to acknowledge the contributions of their predecessors. Who are these unsung heroes, robbed of their rightful place in the world?

In this book, authors Daniel Diehl and Mark P. Donnelly turn to the forgotten geniuses who helped create some of humanity's greatest discoveries and inventions. A closer look reveals that the story is told like an easy-to-read novel that you can't put down once you start reading.
