Kuldlootos 1 osa

A classic Chinese novel set in the 12th century, a fascinating story about the love affairs of the wealthy tycoon Hsi Men and his six wives, the crimes that accompany them, and the bribery of high-ranking government officials. The novel contains many frank erotic scenes, which the author describes with good taste.

The sequel begins with the downfall of the main characters, the former favorites of fortune, Hsi Men and the Golden Lotus. Hsi Men dies and the Golden Lotus falls victim to terrible revenge. The central characters are the lustful chambermaid Tschun Meh and the daughter-in-law Tschen, who die violent deaths in the last chapters of the book. Only the virtuous Sixth Lady, who keeps the remains of Hsi Men's property together in the name of her son, lives to a ripe old age.
