The author of the book is Aino Tammeorg, who has been a history teacher, school principal and for many years the first secretary of the Pärnu City Committee. At the age of 82, she began writing her first novel in order to remember her own life and fill the void left by the death of her husband, Roland. Now, at the age of 88, his first and probably only work has been published.
