Väike Heidi - Johanna Spyri

Little Heidi is an orphan. She must go live with her grandfather, a grumpy hermit who herds goats high in the mountains. The villagers pity the girl, but the sunny child sees only good in her grandfather, and her sincerity gradually makes the old man forgive himself and others.
